If we can not move your vehicle or you cancel for any reason before it is scheduled, your entire deposit is refunded. Many of our competitors will keep a portion or in some cases the entire amount even if they don’t move your vehicle. We do not make any money if we don’t move your vehicle, therefore, we will give the most effort possible to transport it on time, every time.
